REPAIR POLICY

All IPC/Panel PC must be sent to ADITECH’s Navi Mumbai Facility for repairs. The owner shall prepay both side shipping charges (and pay all applicable duties, taxes, and other such charges) when sending products to Aditech for repair service.

Repairing Charges: Aditech Engineer’s will inspect the system on arrival. There is no inspection charge. After inspection repair estimate will be provided for customer approval. Repair will be carried out only after formal purchase order and advance payment. There is no warranty on repairs. In case system is not repairable due to unavailability of parts or mechanical damage same will be informed to the customer.

ON SITE REPAIRS:  ADITECH doesn’t offer on site repairs at present.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Damage or any loss   caused by any transportation service while enroute is not covered by ADITECH. All equipment will be shipped without insurance so the responsibility for loss or damage claims to transportation services is the responsibility of the purchaser. In case purchaser has insurance policy, same number must reflect in purchase order.
